At Swayara, we hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you need to cancel or return an item purchased from swayara.com, we are here to assist you every step of the way. Below is our cancellation, return, and refund policy to ensure a smooth experience. Kindly attach pictures (if applicable) and purchase copy while claiming the same.
1. Order Not Dispatched Yet?
Simply contact us at info@swayara.com to request cancellation within 6 hrs, and we’ll take care of the rest.
2. Order in Transit?
Once your order is in transit, we are unable to cancel it. However, we’ll be happy to assist with any other issues upon delivery.
3. Damaged Product Upon Arrival?
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if the product is damaged during transit, please contact us right away at info@swayara.com. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no extra charge.
4. Return Policy:
Due to the nature of skincare products and our commitment to ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and safety, we are unable to accept returns or resell items. We appreciate your understanding.
5. Refund Process:
Refunds for canceled orders notified before dispatch will typically be processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be made to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Bank Account via NEFT). A small platform processing fee of ₹90 may apply.
6. Replacement Policy:
Yes, we offer replacements if you’ve received a damaged or incorrect product. We aim to provide a smooth resolution and ensure your satisfaction.
7. Claim Within 3 Days:
If your product arrives damaged, Kindly please notify us within 3 days of receipt. Reporting within this time frame ensures that we can promptly address the issue and arrange a free replacement.
